This is where the training material for Lodge WMs will start. But until more information is prepared, you cannot go wrong with Carl Claudy's The Master's Book. If every Master read this book, and did what Claudy suggests, the fraternity would be in a lot better shape than it now is. Based on what Claudy wrote in 1935, the solutions he suggested then are for the same problems most lodges claim to face right now. So perhaps, even the problems haven't changed in 75 years.
